Meet the Team - Steve Pearman Our Commercial Development Manager

Today we’re formally introducing Steve – our Head of Commercial Development.

From the picture, you might guess some of Steve’s hobbies & interests… but what does he actually do here?

After serving 24 years in the Army and completing his MBA, Steve has spent the last 10 years developing businesses and driving growth in the training industry. He has taught leadership and management to individuals ranging from aspiring team leaders to senior executives.

Today, at Partnership Training Ltd., he plays a key role in developing strategic partnerships, strengthening customer confidence and satisfaction, and driving growth through market disruption and commercial collaboration.

But Steve isn’t just a walking, working legend - his passions extend far beyond the office. He’s deeply committed to working with the homeless and creating lasting charity partnerships, most recently sponsoring @Circus Starr, something very close to his heart.
