We entrust part of our Office Support Team and Care Professionals Career Pathway, to Partnership Training, who continue to build and develop this important training relationship between the tutors, trainees and line managers.

Achieve together and Partnership continually strive to motivate learners by ensuring line managers are involved in discussions about learner progression.

We have together developed a nomination process, which ensures our team members put forward understand the apprenticeship ethos and the commitments required to fulfil their qualification.

Partnership’s Assessors support our learners through the application process to ensure that the correct learners are enrolled on the most suitable apprenticeship program.

Partnership’s Personal Tutors regularly review learner progress with the line managers, and any concerns are escalated so that we can ensure all our learners are kept on programme and successfully achieve their qualification.
