Raquel has spent 17 years working in the care sector, taking on a variety of roles that have given her hands-on experience and a real insight into the challenges learners and employers face.

In her role here, Raquel makes sure learners get the very best support from our tutor team. She’s the go-to person for guidance, problem-solving, and helping overcome barriers so every learner has the chance to reach their potential. Her specialisms are in adult care and business management, and she also delivers commercial first aid training.

But Raquel’s not just focused on supporting learners - she’s also passionate about celebrating success. From completing award nominations to growing our trophy wing 🏆, she makes sure hard work never goes unnoticed.
