With over two decades of experience in workforce development, Michelle has dedicated her career to helping people and businesses thrive. She began her journey in the childcare sector, gaining first-hand insight into early years education and the importance of foundational support. After four years, she transitioned into assessing and tutoring pre-apprentices, where she nurtured young people as they took their first steps into the world of work.

That passion for developing others naturally evolved into business development. For the past 20 years, Michelle has been at the forefront of building strong employer partnerships, increasing apprenticeship engagement, and ensuring that organisations have the skilled, future-ready teams they need to succeed.
